Alex will take time off from "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" in the autumn to film "Lady in the Van". The official website gives the following message: "Mr Jennings' performance schedule is subject to change between the following dates inclusively: 6-25 October 2014 and 3-29 November 2014." So I guess if you want to be sure to see Alex in the show you need to book outside these periods.
